AI requests are one shared monthly pool per plan: a chat message, a transcript summary, a re-transcription, an AI time estimate, a quiz, a study guide, or a mind map each use one.
Questions
What happens when my semester plan ends?
Your access runs through the term end date shown at purchase, then it stops. A semester plan does not auto-renew — next term you decide again, and you only pay if you choose to.
What is an AI request?
One use of an AI feature that draws from your monthly pool. Sending a chat message about your notes is one request; summarizing a transcript is one; re-transcribing a lecture is one; an AI time estimate is one.
What happens if I hit a limit?
That feature pauses. Monthly pools (AI requests, and transcription on paid plans) reset next month; the Free tries (8 AI imports, 50 AI card drafts, 2 hours of transcription) are one-time. Upgrading lifts the limits. Nothing is deleted, and your classes, grades, planner, and manual flashcards never lock.
